Got alpha working, there is still room for improving it, I want to make it work with more channels in the future, not just 3 (4 with alpha). Alpha for now only for PNG sequence. For GIF, currently the software convert the mp4 to Gif, so it's hard to add alpha until the workflow change.
Instead of fade-in during scene changes, you can select so simple jump the frames, this will result in less frames in the final output, so it might de-sync the audio.
Some small fixes for memory for now. I still trying to improve the speed and memory usage off the app.
