Rife-App 2.07 update

This is mostly an optimization update, there is quite some suggestions and requests on my TODO list, but first I wanted to improve the core of the software, that is, the render speed.

• Trying to speed up the render time, also gave it a shot on fixing the Player video speed.
• new model (3.8). It sometimes give worse results, other times better. But it is a looot faster. It's un-checked by default, so you need to check it on the GUI.
